About the data
Every number on this site comes from the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC), LCA Disclosure Data — the public record of every Labor Condition Application (Form ETA-9035) that employers filed for H-1B, H-1B1 and E-3 workers. The data is a U.S. government work in the public domain. We use fiscal years 2023–2026 (the federal fiscal year runs October 1 – September 30); latest decision in the data: 2026-06-30. We check for new quarterly files every week.
Salary. An LCA states a wage (or a range) the employer will pay. We show the lower end, converted to a yearly amount (hourly × 2,080, weekly × 52, bi-weekly × 26, monthly × 12). Medians and percentiles use certified full-time applications only. Status. "Certified" means the Department of Labor accepted the application; it is not an H-1B approval by USCIS. "Certified, then withdrawn" means the employer withdrew it after certification.
Employers are grouped by name (legal suffixes such as Inc. or LLC ignored), so two related companies with different names appear separately. Job titles are as the employer wrote them; occupations use the Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code on the application. Cities are work-site cities.
Green cards (PERM). The PERM section uses the Department of Labor PERM Disclosure Data (Form ETA-9089, the labor certification behind most EB-2 and EB-3 green cards), fiscal years 2024–2026. Processing time is the number of days from the date the Department received an application to its decision, for certified applications, by month of decision. Seasonal visas (H-2A and H-2B). Job orders come from the Department of Labor H-2A and H-2B Disclosure Data, fiscal years 2025–2026: job title, workers certified, offered hourly wage, employment dates, work site and housing as filed. We show the employer website for applications when the employer listed one, and never phone numbers or e-mail addresses.
We do not publish the names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses of employer contacts or attorneys that appear in the government file. Sponsored listings are labeled. We are not affiliated with the Department of Labor or USCIS, and nothing here is legal advice.
