Employers filed 34,625 H-2B job orders decided in fiscal years 2025–2026; the Department of Labor certified 439,022 workers. Median offered wage: $18.72 per hour. Pick a state or an occupation.

H-2B lets U.S. employers hire foreign workers for temporary non-farm jobs such as landscaping, housekeeping, forestry, seafood processing and amusement parks. New H-2B visas are capped at 66,000 a year (plus supplemental visas), so many employers file on the first possible day of each half-year.
